How much are your services?

Goodera was founded by me, Kim Merritt. I have a BFA in Advertising from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, have 15+ years of experience working at boutique and global agencies throughout New York, London, and Los Angeles, and have helped my teams win 11 awards. My tried-and-true process is designed to deliver the same big-agency thinking at a fraction of the cost. As a first step, I'll always talk to you to ensure I can help address your needs before any money is ever exchanged. Then, our initial strategy call will ensure we have a deep understanding of your business, and also that we are aligned before moving forward with any executions. I want you to feel comfortable and confident every step of the way, and will work to ensure this is the case. If you're ever dissatisfied, I will do my best to fix whatever's not working!
What sets you apart from other content creators?
I have 15+ years of ad agency experience, so you get big-agency thinking without the big-agency price tag. All of the content I produce is story-driven and rooted in the "why," which means you're not just paying for a one-off caption or a pretty photo. You're paying for the strategic thinking that will ensure your content resonates with your audience and drives results.
What industries or types of businesses do you specialize in?
Most of my clients are in the travel, hospitality, and adventure lifestyle spaces. Everything from luxurious 5-star resorts and boutique hotels, to backcountry guides and wildlife photographers. I have extensive experience in many industries, so if you're not in the travel and adventure spaces but you like my style, reach out!
Can you tell me more about your process?
My process was developed over several years of working with dozens of clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of your brand with quicker timelines and fewer revisions. Projects typically start with a deep-dive strategy call, where I'll learn everything I need to know about your brand and your goals. From there, I'll develop a fully customized plan outlining our unique approach for moving forward. Once you approve the plan, I'll go ahead and execute the work.
I don’t have an in-house team in place to execute any work, is this something you help with?
Our services are designed for small businesses to be able to execute without a full-blown marketing team or production crew. However, we do have an extensive network where we regularly make referrals or build a team and oversee creative production, depending on the need.
What is the expected timeline for project delivery?
When you book time with me, my goal is to give you the time and attention you deserve, while providing your deliverables as quickly as is reasonable to produce quality work. Our first strategy call typically takes about 90 minutes to complete, and you'll receive the written plan within 3-4 business days. Any package work beyond this will depend on the scope of work.
How many rounds of revisions are included in the project price?
My collaborative process is intentionally set up to avoid major revisions. I start with a 90-minute strategy and direction call, where I'll get a deep understanding of everything I need to know about your business. From there I will create and present the plan to execute, which is when you will provide any feedback before we move forward. Upon sign-off, we'll execute the final deliverable, allowing for one additional round of revision if necessary. Revisions mean feedback to help us better align and answer the agreed upon brief. Any feedback based on new information that changes the project considerably would require a re-brief, and additional payment.
As a client, what level of involvement do you expect from me during the project?
It depends on the project and the scope, and how collaborative or hands-off you want to be. But my process is designed to always get you exactly what you need with as little time as possible on your end. For some clients that's as little as two hours, for others it's upwards of 4-5. For retainer clients, I aim to take everything off your plate, aside from a few minutes of review time each month.
Do you offer any guarantees or refunds if I'm not satisfied with the results?
After delivery, I do not offer refunds. However, I want to ensure you are satisfied, and will work with you to make sure you feel confident in the work that was provided. If you’re not happy, let me know and I’ll work with you to make it right.

Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance after the project is complete?
I do have a limited number of retainer spots available for ongoing support. Otherwise I am always happy to provide a quick gut check, a point of view, or to answer any questions I can. But additional creative work will result in additional fees, which will be discussed at the time of inquiry.
